Some of you undoubtedly view me as being a sucker for gentle ephemeral female vocals. Well, you aren't half wrong. A recent case in point, 'Alvvays' and their catchy single "In Undertow". How catchy can a song really be? Proof that the oft-maligned shoegazing movement not only lives on but in fact shines!
