This is more than just a special song for me. Of course , you are asking why. It is quite simply because I am most familiar with this road. It commences at Collierville, TN , skirts over the stateline into the aptly named Byhalia MS continues on toward the Memphis to Tupelo highway. On many a fall day, I have traversed this road heading to Oxford , MS and in all likelihood a football game. I recall the pickup flatbeds often filled with hay, kids, and dogs. Moreover, Garrison provides a stirring tribute to this road and the one stop sign town it straddles. Drink it in. As an added bonus, in addition to the studio video there is also an acoustic live rendition from 10 days ago. WooHoo.
