I love the tonality of this song, So direct and to the point. Still in my folk vein. After listening to this tune you will know why. Such a beautiful song.

This is just wonderful. A folk ballad with a touch of country and an enduring theme. The music is haunting and the lyrics are right on. A slight echo of early Joan Baez in this methinks. I'm really grooving (see what I did?) on all the lady artists. Have always been partial to the ladies, musically among other things.
Yes, I agree. definite echoes of Joan Baez. tells a tale too. Just love it
